In this presentation, Vassiliy Yuzhanin examines ways to build strong bilateral labour mobility pathways, with a focus on bilateral labour migration agreements (BLMAs) as a key tool for regulating labour mobility between states. He explains the different types of agreements used in this field and how they fit into broader international and European frameworks. Yuzhanin discusses how BLMAs can support labour market needs, protect migrant workers, and create regular pathways for mobility.
